London’s St Patrick’s Day Festival
Come and celebrate London’s St Patrick’s Day Festival on Sunday 13 March in Trafalgar Square. There’ll be the best of Irish arts, culture, food, music to enjoy, and more, including the spectacular annual parade.
Now in its 19th year, the Mayor’s annual shindig has become a highlight of London’s cultural calendar. This year’s theme is coming back together, as Londoners and visitors unite in celebrating the great contributions Irish people have made to the city.

Irish Film London
The St Patrick’s Film Festival 2022 will take place at Hammersmith’s Riverside Studios as well as Lewisham’s only indie cinema, the three screen Catford Mews. The IFL team will also be present on Trafalgar Square on Sunday 13 at a dedicated market stall and with family friendly short films on the big screen - the first in-person St Patrick’s Day celebration on the square since 2019.
We’ll also be bringing Irish film to audiences all over the world with our usual offering via Irish Film From Home.

The centre-piece for us is the KILA gig on St. Patrick's Night itself, but there's a solid month of culture and community for to choose from.

Liverpool Irish Festival
Liverpool Irish Festival has coordinated Merseyside’s contribution to #GlobalGreening for St Patrick’s Day. We will take photos of all of the buildings and structures and present them for you here, on 18 March, once all the partners have lit their buildings for us.
We will be on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for much of the evening, posting from our travels across the region. In 2021 it was a 60-mile round-trip!

The Liverpool St Patrick's Day Parade returns for the first time in three years on Thursday 17 March 2022.
Assembling 2.30 pm for a 3pm move off.
Parade Route: Great Orford Street, Hope Street, Hardman Street, Renshaw Street, Ranleagh Street, Hannover Street, Seel Street.

On Sunday 13 March we will be having our St Patrick's Float and walking parade in Leeds City Centre🍀.
This year our theme is ‘Cois Farraige’, meaning by the sea.

Tyneside Irish Cultural Society
St Patrick’s Supper at Tyneside Irish Centre – 20 March 2022 7-10.30pm
Join us for a feast of music, food and dancing, all hosted by our favourite storyteller, Pat Speight.
The line up features the Tony Corcoran Ceili Band with special guests Benny Goodman (recently declared Gold Medal Folksinger of the year by the English Folk Dance and Song Society), the Pitman Poets and Una ní Fhlannagáin.

Irish Elderly Advice Network
The Irish Elderly Advice Network hold their St Patrick's celebration and dance at the London Irish centre in Camden on Monday 21 Marc.
‘Irish, country and showband music from the Barry Owen Band, traditional music from Wraggle Taggle Irish music group, and a very special guest singer and favourite of the older Irish generation, Dermot Hegarty.’

York Irish Society
York Irish St Patrick’s Weekend Festival is back for 2022 and takes place in a marquee in St. Sampson’s Square and is our biggest event of the year with live music, Irish dancing, ceilidhs, Irish food and drink, face painting, and much more.
The activities are all about celebrating and continuing to bring an understanding of Irish tradition and culture to York, bringing fun and enjoyment to the city for people of all ages who have an interest in Irish culture and celebrating the unique connections between York and Ireland.

Birmingham St Patrick’s Day Festival is excited to announce that FREE tickets are now available for the festival’s main event this year; the St Pat Rocks Stage!
As previously announced, the traditional St Patrick’s Parade is unable to go ahead, but organisers are looking forward to welcoming back families to Digbeth on what would be “Parade Day”.
The legendary Irish folk band Beoga, best known for working alongside Ed Sheeran on his hit song "Galway Girl, will headline the St Pat Rocks stage, alongside homegrown Irish dancers. Beoga will be joined by other famous Birmingham Irish bands performing include Heed, Lampa and The Father Teds.
