The All-Party Parliamentary Group on Ireland and the Irish in Britain
Members of Parliament and Peers from across Britain and Northern Ireland come together as part of this All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG), which celebrates the Irish in Britain and the close ties between Ireland and the UK. Nearly every political party is represented.
The chair of the APPG is Karin Smyth MP and Irish in Britain acts as official secretariat. We co-host events and provide resources to APPG members on community issues.

We are active in maintaining links with political parties, the Irish Embassy and Irish councillors.
