We are a long-established charity providing a range of excellent support services, in the main, to the Irish Community in Manchester.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing charity to enable us to provide more of our excellent services to people in most need.

Salary £25,629, 35 hours per week, 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, auto enrolment contributory pension

You will bring your passion and skills to support people experiencing issues such as mental and physical health, substance misuse, homelessness, domestic abuse, dementia and bereavement. This will be done mainly on an outreach basis across Manchester (North, South, East and West) supporting people in their own homes, in care homes, in hospital and where they are resettled to their home with a hospital discharge plan.
