The Irish Pensioners Forum of East London is a social and cultural group for older Irish people living in and around the seven East London boroughs of Newham, Tower Hamlets, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Havering, Waltham Forest and Hackney.
We have a regular social event – the first Thursday of every month from 1.30 to 3.30pm. There is music, refreshments, dancing, old Irish games, and a chance to meet new friends, enjoy some Irish culture and spend time with other older Irish people.
