I am delighted to join the Irish in Britain board. I am second-generation Irish with a connection to and passion for my Irish heritage. I held a previous career as a professional Irish dancer performing in venues across the world.
I have experience of holding non-executive board roles over my career across a range of different sized membership organisations and charities and hope to bring this insight to the board of Irish in Britain.
Over the last decade I have built a successful career in the external affairs and policy influencing field having worked for organisations across the private, public, and not-for-profit sector.
I therefore hope I can add a fresh perspective on how Irish in Britain positions itself with external audiences as well as supporting the Board and Executive to deliver on its important priorities through robust governance.
